  • Custom main staircase with solid oak treads, handrails and balusters

Interior Trim Includes:

  • The trim package includes built-up 5 3/8 inch crown paint grade pine crown molding.
  • One piece 2 ½ inch paint grade pine chair molding.
  • 1 inch x 6-inch paint grade poplar base molding with a 1 3/8 inch cap molding and ½" x ¾" paint grade shoe molding.

The crown molding will be included in the dining room, living room and entry foyer. The chair molding will be included in dining room. The base and shoe moldings will be utilized as base molding throughout the house. Builder raised panels in the Solarium.


Custom Cabinets and Vanities Include:

  • Custom kitchen with 42' Rich Maid or Yorktowne Kitchen Cabinets Designer Series with flushed finished exposed ends, full overlay door style, and décor cherry and cherry toe kick. See enclosed proposed cabinet (design x1).
