What Our Clients Say

Scott M.

We worked with Luke Meisenbacher in 2000-2001 as he was completing a magnificent home in Skillman NJ. The craftsmanship, quality and style literally oozed out of this house. We lived there for approximately 6 years and no less than 5 times, letters were left in our mailbox asking us to call them to sell them our house and that in fact is exactly what happened when we moved overseas in 2007. the house sold for approx. 500k over what we paid.

Anthony B.

Meisenbacher Homes handled the construction of our new home at Seaside Park, NJ which is at the NJ shore.. Meisenbacher handled everything seamlessly from the new foundation of custom pilings to the completion of the two story custom home. They handled all necessary permits so we were stress free. The home included many wonderful upgrades such as hardwood floors throughout, on-demand hot water system and features such as custom raised decks in the front and rear of the home. My wife and I highly recommend Meisenbacher homes.

Reinhard K.

Luke Meisenbacher and his team performed an extensive renovation of our ~40 years old home. Communication throughout the project was excellent; we were also able to implement many small changes on short notice. The quality of the work performed was excellent, and the pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to build a house?

The duration of house construction typically spans from 6 months to 1 year, contingent upon several variables. Factors such as the project’s scale, land condition, permit processing, procurement of specialized materials, and any change orders requested by the client all influence the timeline. It’s important to note that an exact project timeline cannot be established until all engineering work and plans have been thoroughly finalized, officially sealed, and approved.

2. Can the exact cost of a model home and elevations be used to calculate the exact cost of building that home ?

No, it’s not feasible. The exact cost of constructing any new home, be it modular or traditional stick-built, can’t be accurately calculated until several key factors are accounted for. These include securing the lot, completing site engineering, determining precise excavation expenses, specifying the type of utilities (whether public or private), and selecting the exact home design along with its specific finishes. Only then can a reliable cost estimate be derived.
